Your information will only be shared with our Customer Service Representatives in order to perform their duties. Your information is safe and secure with us because we have security procedures in place to protect the misuse of it. You have the right to correct any inaccuracies involving your information to include collection, use and sharing. We will only use the information that you provide to fill and complete your order and accept payments. We may from time to time with your permission send emails to announce new products, sales, specials and changes to any of our policies to the email address that you provide. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website and will never sell or share your information. 

You can choose to opt-out of future emails and communications at any time by sending us an email or using the contact form on the website. You may also request that we delete your data or express any concerns about your data or the use of it. We would be glad to fulfill your request.  Note:  We  ask that only those that are serious about placing  orders  & wish to  create an account can feel free to do so. However, we also ask that you give the correct information & email addresses when creating or visiting our site; otherwise your account will be Deleted immediately! Anyone who has created an account & has not placed an order within 30 days, your account will be deleted. You must then create a new account if you wish to. You can place an order as a guest but, it’s better to create an account. We value our time, money & resources very seriously just as any other legitimate business does.

We take all necessary precautions to protect our customer’s sensitive information that is submitted via our website. All Credit/Debit Card information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. Our computers are stored in a secured place at all times therefore, our customer’s never have to be concerned about their information being compromised. For your own safety, please do not click on any ads or pop-ups while visiting our website, we will not be held liable if you choose to do so.

Credit/Refunds:

Please fill out the Contact Form on our website within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund or store credit. Please enter your Order or Invoice Number on the form along with the Reason for the Return. Store credit will be given for products of the same value as the product you purchased.  At this time, No Exchanges are excepted due to safety and health concerns. Please notify us prior to returning any products. If you receive any product in error and it’s through no fault of your own, we will gladly pay for the return shipping via an email with a return shipping label attached. Please inform us if the order was wrong, damaged by us or other reasons. If for some reason the customer made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, the customer must pay for shipping in order to return the product to us. Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit to the original card or method of payment that was used, minus the shipping cost.  Please allow us   7-10 business days to receive your refund. We will send an email notifying you when we have completed your refund.  For proof of delivery, we highly recommend that you return products by using (UPS). Please do not attempt to return a product that has been worn and ensure that all original tags are attached.  Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to deny any return that was ordered in error or that has been worn. We will strive to make things right with our customers. 

If for any reason we are experiencing technical difficulties with our merchant account provider, Amelia’s Under God Boutique, LLC. reserves the right to issue refunds via company checks, money orders or credit card refunds. Refunds will only be issued to the original customer who made the purchase, no exceptions. Please make sure that all contact information is up to date and correct.

Loss or Damage:

We are not responsible for products purchased from Amelia’s Under God Boutique, LLC. once it leaves our facility and delivered to the United Parcel Service (UPS). If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost while in possession of the carrier, you will be required to contact them with a tracking number which will be provided by us once your order has been shipped via email. 

Electronic Communications:

When visiting our website you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy all legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
